Domestic & International Shipping
Charges:
- Domestic: Enjoy FREE
SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders, whether prepaid or cash on
delivery (COD).
- International: Shipping
fees apply for orders outside India, calculated per kilogram. The total
shipping cost will be determined based on the weight of your order and
will be displayed at checkout.
Tax and Duties:
- International
shipments may incur import duties, customs charges, and taxes that vary by
country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and
must be paid upon delivery. To avoid any issues, please check your
country’s tax policies before placing an international order, as we do not
offer returns or cancellations for international shipments.
- If
customs charges are not paid or if the order is not accepted, we are not
liable for product exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Timelines:
- All
our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15-20 working days for
dispatch, both for domestic and international orders.
- During
peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political
unrest or public curfews), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10-15
days. We will notify you via email or call if such delays occur.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
- To
ensure your order arrives in good condition, we ask that you record an
unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of
delivery. If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a
video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery. Send the images,
video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue
promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency.
Process:
- After
placing your order, it enters our processing system. Once your item(s)
pass through quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over
to our delivery partners. You will receive a unique tracking number via
email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your
order on the courier partner’s website.
- Worldwide
shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can
check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the
order checkout.
- Prepaid
& COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for
cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order
you can mail your cancellation request to us at https://senyora.in or you can call us
on our customer support number, +91-9773388182 from Monday to Saturday.

For domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery
(COD). Please note that the COD option is available for orders with a
maximum value of ₹10,000.
For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment
options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along
with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.
- Credit
note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it
on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official
website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
Note - In accordance with our policy, all items marked as
'Sale' are considered non-returnable.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the
intricate process involved in their manufacturing, further delays in shipment
may occur. In the event of such delays, Senyora is committed to refunding the
full amount of the order. However, Senyora Jaipur Private Limited shall not be
held legally liable for any delays in shipment. We appreciate your
