We collect only what we need to take an order and get it to you:

We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, and those details never reach our servers.

• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To answer your questions over email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To send order updates. These are transactional and are not marketing.
• To send offers and new-arrival emails — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe any time.
• To detect fraud and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We never sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary with:

• Courier partners — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
• Payment gateway — to authorise and settle the transaction.
• Email and messaging providers — to send order updates.
• Government authorities — where the law requires it.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep your bag and wishlist between visits, remember your session, and measure how the site is used. Blocking cookies in your browser will still let you browse, but the bag may not persist between visits.

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as tax and company law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything not needed for a legal obligation is deleted on request.
