Returns & Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are unable to accept the item back.

The item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• With all original tags still attached.
• In its original packaging.
• Free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks and damage.

• Items bought on a clearance or final-sale price.
• Gift cards.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing or alteration.

• Quote your order number and tell us which item and why.
• For a size issue or a defect, attach a photo.

We arrange a reverse pickup where the courier serves your PIN code. Where it does not, we will ask you to self-ship and we reimburse the courier cost up to ₹100 against a receipt.

Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to the replacement size being in stock. If it is not, we refund you instead.

• We inspect the returned item within 2 working days of receiving it.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
• For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to an account you provide.
• The ₹49 cash-on-delivery fee is not refundable, as it is already spent on collection.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We collect it at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. This is on us, not you.

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund — just email or WhatsApp us. Once the parcel is handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.
