By browsing or ordering from this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

Every piece is cut from hand-block and screen-printed cotton, so slight variation in print placement and shade between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Screens also differ, so the colour you see may vary a little from the fabric in hand.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
• Prices and offers can change without notice.
• Stock is not reserved until an order is placed and paid for.
• If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, or goes out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you if that happens.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery. We may decline an order where we suspect fraud, or where the delivery address is not serviceable.

Codes apply to the cart value before shipping, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All prints, photography, copy and the Senyora name and logo belong to Senyora Fashion. You may not reproduce them, or use our product images to sell goods, without written permission.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the city in which Senyora Fashion is registered have exclusive jurisdiction.
