Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day.

• Metro cities — 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India — 5–8 Business Days after dispatch.
• Remote PIN codes — may take 2 to 3 days longer.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.
• Below ₹999, a flat ₹79 applies.
• Cash on delivery adds ₹49 per order.

As soon as your parcel is handed over you get the courier name and tracking number by email and SMS. You can also check status any time on our order tracking page using your order number and the phone number used at checkout.

Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, we can reship it once you pay the courier charge again.

If the outer packaging is visibly torn or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. If you have already accepted it, send us an unboxing video within 48 hours and we will replace the item at no cost.

We currently ship within India. For international enquiries, write to us and we will quote courier charges separately. Any customs duty in the destination country is payable by the customer.
